The website www.carlasdreams.ro, hereinafter referred to as "www.carlasdreams.ro", is owned and operated by the company Tshirt Factory S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as "www.carlasdreams.ro", with the following identification details: Unique Registration Code RO 29798041, registered at the Trade Registry under no. J40/5222/2016 and with a business location at Strada Ciobanului nr. 5, Mogosoaia, Romania, email: comanda@globalrecords.ro.

Browsing the website www.carlasdreams.ro followed by an order represents the reading, understanding, and acceptance of the following terms by any Client.

www.carlasdreams.ro reserves the right to change and update the content of this website, as well as the Terms and Conditions of use, at any time, without prior notice.

In the event of disputes or misunderstandings between www.carlasdreams.ro and the Client, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the order will apply.

1. Definitions

• User – any person who visits the website www.carlasdreams.ro.
• Client – a natural person or legal entity placing an order.
• Products and Services – any product or service mentioned in the order, which will be provided by the Seller to the Client.
• Order – an electronic document serving as communication between the Seller and the Client, through which the Client expresses their intention to purchase certain Products and Services and make payment for them.
• Seller – Tshirt Factory S.R.L., identified by Unique Registration Code RO 29798041, registered at the Trade Registry under no. J40/5222/2016, with a business location at Str. Ciobanului no. 5, Mogoșoaia, Romania.
• Contract – an order confirmed by the Seller, whereby the Seller agrees to sell and deliver the Products and Services, and the Client agrees to purchase, receive, and pay for these Products and Services.
• Courier – any public or private legal entity that provides express courier services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the website www.carlasdreams.ro, including images, texts, web graphic elements, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, is entirely owned by www.carlasdreams.ro and its suppliers, and is protected by the Copyright Law and related rights, as well as intellectual and industrial property laws. The unauthorized use of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to current legislation. The www.carlasdreams.ro name and logo are registered trademarks of www.carlasdreams.ro.

www.carlasdreams.ro may grant the User/Client, through an agreement, the right to use specific site content in a described manner. This agreement applies strictly to the defined content(s), for the period set in the agreement, and only to the person(s) granted permission, without allowing the use of other content from the website www.carlasdreams.ro.

The use of any registered trademark name on www.carlasdreams.ro does not constitute an endorsement of that company. www.carlasdreams.ro assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for damages caused by the use of site content.

www.carlasdreams.ro reserves the right to cancel orders for products and services displayed on the site due to technical errors or if products are displayed with evidently erroneous/ridiculous prices (prices that any average buyer would recognize as incorrect/ridiculous).

www.carlasdreams.ro, as the organizer of promotional campaigns, is not responsible for losses or damages to campaign vouchers, is not liable for counterfeit or damaged vouchers, and reserves the right to cancel any voucher used for purchase or to deduct its value from the refund amount when returning a product involved in the respective campaign according to the law.

Any links to other websites are provided solely for increased accessibility to information, and www.carlasdreams.ro assumes no responsibility or liability for the content of these websites or for the products or services promoted or sold through them.

4. Site Access Limits

Users of www.carlasdreams.ro may post comments and other communications, send suggestions, questions, or information, as long as the language used is civil and the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, in violation of intellectual property rights, does not contain viruses, is not part of unrelated promotional campaigns, is not mass emailing or any other form of spam. Persons using a false email address or transmitting messages or other communications in the name of another natural or legal person or any other entity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. www.carlasdreams.ro assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages caused by such communications.

In the case of submitting or displaying materials/documents that include texts, responses, reviews, etc., formulated by Users, it is considered that the respective User guarantees their originality and grants www.carlasdreams.ro and its affiliates/partners a non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, as well as the right to distribute and display these contents anywhere in the world, by any means. The User guarantees that they hold all rights over the content they post or transmit on the site, ensuring that using this content will not cause harm to any third party, either natural or legal.

5. Processing of Personal Data

The categories of personal data processed include: name, gender, date and place of birth, civil status information, phone/fax, address (home/residence), email, profession, workplace, professional training, family situation, economic and financial situation, details about owned goods, habits/preferences/behavior, image, voice, geolocation/traffic data.

When a User creates an account on www.carlasdreams.ro, they will only receive commercial communications from www.carlasdreams.ro if they have given express consent by selecting the appropriate option.

Data collected regarding newsletters and alerts are confidential. www.carlasdreams.ro may select Users to whom it will send newsletters and alerts.

According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and privacy protection in the electronic communications sector, www.carlasdreams.ro is obligated to process personal data provided by Users under safe conditions and only for specified purposes.

The purpose of personal data collection is: economic and financial management, advertising, marketing, statistics, electronic communication services, informing Clients about their account status on www.carlasdreams.ro, and providing updates on orders.

Users have the right to request full or partial deletion of personal data. They can make any of the above requests through a signed and dated written request sent to the headquarters of Global Records.

The refusal to provide this data will result in the inability to fulfill the orders.

If a Client updates personal data using forms on the site while orders are in progress, the orders will retain the data from when the order was placed, and product delivery will be based on the newly updated information.

www.carlasdreams.ro does not request confidential information such as bank account details or personal passwords via any communication means (phone/email). If the User discloses such information to third parties, they bear full responsibility for their actions. Therefore, the User cannot hold www.carlasdreams.ro responsible for any damages resulting from such disclosures.

6. User Registration

To create an account on the website www.carlasdreams.ro, the User must use a valid email address. www.carlasdreams.ro may refuse registration requests if it determines that false information has been provided or services are used inappropriately.

7. Price

The final price paid by the Client consists of the product price plus any associated shipping and/or collection fees. Delivery prices are detailed on the website.
All prices for products and services sold through the www.carlasdreams.ro website are expressed in RON (Lei) and include VAT (19%).

8. Orders

To activate the "One-Click Order" service, the User must set their preferred order details (delivery address, shipping method, and payment method) in their User account. These settings will be retained and used for every One-Click Order. These settings can be changed at any time.

By completing the Order, the Client guarantees that all provided information is accurate and correct. Otherwise, they may bear the consequences of any errors (delayed or incorrectly sent Orders, etc.).

www.carlasdreams.ro cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information that may result in delivery delays. In this case, all shipping fees for re-shipping the Order will be borne by the Client.

By completing the Order, the Client agrees that a representative of www.carlasdreams.ro may contact them by any available means agreed upon by the Parties (email/phone) for personal confirmation of the Order.

(This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order request. Your purchase contract for these products is not fully completed until we send you an email notifying you that the products have been shipped.)

For the Client's convenience and safety, there is an option to cancel the Order within 30 minutes after placing it. Thus, if the User placed an Order by mistake or changed their mind, the Order can be canceled within 30 minutes after it was placed. In the case of card payments, the final payment amount will only be withdrawn from the Client’s account at the end of the 30 minutes.

www.carlasdreams.ro may refuse an Order after prior notice to the Client, without any obligations between the parties and without either party being entitled to claim damages, in the following situations:

• failure/invalid online transaction;
• non-acceptance of the transaction by the Client's card-issuing bank;
• incomplete or incorrect Client information;
• the Client's activity may cause harm to www.carlasdreams.ro or its partners;
• consecutive failed deliveries;
• other objective reasons: if the Client does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and not obtained fraudulently, or there are suspicions regarding the payment method.

Even though all measures have been taken to ensure the information presented on this site is accurate and correct, www.carlasdreams.ro cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies that may occur when the Client fills out forms on the site to complete the Order. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.

In certain situations, for justified reasons, www.carlasdreams.ro reserves the right to modify the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. In these situations, www.carlasdreams.ro will notify the Client via the email address or phone number provided when placing the Order and will refund the amount paid.

The contract is considered concluded between the Client and www.carlasdreams.ro when the Client receives a shipping notification of the Order from www.carlasdreams.ro via email and/or SMS.

If a Good and/or Service ordered by the Client cannot be delivered by www.carlasdreams.ro, we commit to informing the Client and refunding the value of the Good and/or Service to the Client's account within a maximum of 14 days from the date www.carlasdreams.ro became aware of this or from the date the Client expressly expressed their intent to terminate the Contract.

9. Billing – Payments

The price, payment method, and payment deadline are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Client for the Products and Services delivered, and the Client is responsible for providing all necessary information for the invoice according to current legislation.

Payment can be made online (via card or PayPal) or cash on delivery.

10. Warranty

Products purchased from the www.carlasdreams.ro online store come with a warranty in accordance with the warranty certificate for each product. The legal entity providing the warranty is mentioned on the product's warranty certificate.

To benefit from the warranty, the Client has the following obligations:

• The product must have been purchased from www.carlasdreams.ro and used only for its intended purpose;
• Follow the usage instructions and use the product according to the manufacturer's guidelines;
• Keep the warranty certificate and the fiscal document with which the product was purchased;
• Retain the original packaging and all accessories that came with the product and deliver them together with the product for warranty.

The location for claiming the warranty is specified on the warranty certificate. Unless stated otherwise, the Client bears the cost of shipping.

Causes of warranty loss:

• Mechanical damage or deterioration; excessive exposure to sunlight; missing or altered product serial number; product modifications;
• Malfunction due to non-compliance with usage, transport, handling, and installation instructions in the user manual;
• Flooding, fire, sun exposure, electrical discharges, improper modifications or installations, unauthorized interventions.

www.carlasdreams.ro does not offer warranties to Clients in the following cases:

• If the purchased product does not meet the Client's needs or expectations;
• After the expiration of the warranty period offered by the Seller;
• If product replacements or non-compliant components cannot be provided, including due to a lack of equipment or associated technology.

All other provisions in current legislation concerning product warranties are applicable. Client rights are those provided by law. The warranty does not extend to any damages caused by using the product.

11. Delivery

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the product and is displayed on the product page, the Order page, as well as in the order confirmation email or phone call.

For all product categories, the maximum delivery time is 14 days from the date of Order confirmation.

For international Clients, the final Order price will be communicated via email, and delivery will take place after the explicit acceptance of this price.

For in-stock products, delivery will be made according to the Client's choice, either by courier or personal pickup (options available on the order completion page). There is a 12-24 hour window between Order registration and courier pickup. Any further delays will be communicated to the Client, and a new delivery time, not exceeding the maximum specified above, will be agreed upon.

Attention! Due to the very short order processing time, it is impossible to make changes to already placed Orders.

If the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have changed after Order confirmation), www.carlasdreams.ro will inform the Client about the unavailability, and any amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days. The Client can confirm the changes regarding the price or characteristics of the products, thus modifying the initial Order, and www.carlasdreams.ro will deliver the products according to the modified Order.

For out-of-stock products, the Client agrees that www.carlasdreams.ro may deliver a product with equivalent qualities and price to those requested. If the Client exercises their right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, the return shipping costs are the Client's responsibility.

If the Client places an Order containing products from different suppliers from a delivery perspective, these will be considered separate parcels and will be displayed as such on the Order page. They have different delivery times. Shipping fees apply to each parcel.

11.1 Delivery Conditions

Upon request by www.carlasdreams.ro or the Courier, the Client will provide proof of identity, if necessary, through one or more documents issued by official authorities and will communicate the Order number assigned by the Seller.

If the Client cannot personally receive the Order, it will be left at the specified address only with a person over 18 years old, and only if the Order number is communicated to the Courier.

No delivery request will be honored if the Client does not meet the above conditions.

In the case of delivery to the Client's workplace, where the Courier cannot access the location, the Client must ensure they can receive the Order.

The Client will be contacted by the Courier in advance to confirm their presence at the address and time selected when validating the Order on the site.

The Client is obliged to be present at the indicated delivery address within the selected time slot; otherwise, they will bear the shipping cost for a possible new delivery. The time slot can only be changed afterward with the Courier's agreement.

Delivery is considered fulfilled by www.carlasdreams.ro when the ordered products are handed over to the Client at the address selected when placing the Order.

11.2 Product Reception

The Client is obliged to sign the delivery receipt (AWB) presented by the Courier upon delivery of the ordered products, to which the fiscal receipt is attached, containing all information about the delivered products (product name, quantity, price). Additionally, the Client will check if the products are damaged or missing, and any issues will be noted in handwriting on the delivery receipt to be taken into account.

By signing the delivery receipt, the Client acknowledges receipt of the ordered products in good condition and in full.

12. Promotional Campaigns

12.1 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes offered by www.carlasdreams.ro through any promotions are valid exclusively for the section mentioned in the promotional email, unless specified otherwise. Some products are categorized as "Exceptions," and promotional codes cannot be applied to them; these products are purchased at the displayed price. Promotional codes can only be used when placing the Order and cannot be applied to reduce the Order value after it has been placed.

Only one promotional code can be used per Order, and the Order page does not allow multiple codes in the same Order. For eligibility in a promotion, shipping costs are not considered, unless specified otherwise. Promotions offering free or reduced shipping costs apply to each delivery.

If a promotional code was applied to an Order that could not be fulfilled or was canceled for any reason, the Client has the right to request the reactivation of the promotional code exclusively in writing, via email to shop@globalrecords.ro, containing the Order ID, its status, the Client's name, and the promotional code. These codes can be reactivated for a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Attention! Promotions on www.carlasdreams.ro cannot be combined; the highest discount applies. This rule applies to any form of discount (loyalty cards, promotional codes, gift vouchers, percentage discounts on the site, etc.), unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Additionally, if there are percentage vouchers, the holder of such a voucher cannot benefit from a combined discount resulting from applying the percentage voucher to an already existing promotion discount. Certain promotional campaigns cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty actions. This is specified in the rules of the respective campaign.

www.carlasdreams.ro unilaterally or in collaboration with certain suppliers sets the rules for promotions and contests organized on www.carlasdreams.ro, which are published exclusively on the site. Promotions are applied to orders that fully comply with the rules displayed on the site, within the clearly mentioned validity period, and within the available stock. www.carlasdreams.ro does not guarantee the availability of products for the entire promotion period and may withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

12.2 Suspension of the Promotional Campaign

In the case of a promotional campaign organized by www.carlasdreams.ro, the organizer reserves the right to suspend the promotional campaign at any time during its course, with prior notice to consumers through appropriate communication means (site display, in-store signage, etc.).

The organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions established in the rules of the respective campaign during the campaign period for justified reasons, but not before announcing these changes to the public.

12.3 Vouchers / Coupons / Promotional Codes

12.3.1 General Provisions

Voucher = promotional code, promotional coupon.

Each voucher is identified by a voucher code and has various requirements to be valid and applicable. Please carefully check all details and information on the voucher to ensure the discount is applied.

The value of each voucher is specified on it.

Shipping and handling fees apply to any product purchased, regardless of value unless otherwise stated in promotions, rules, etc. Thus, if a voucher requires a minimum purchase value for certain products, shipping, handling, etc., fees also apply to those products. A voucher cannot be used to pay for taxes, delivery fees, handling, or other services unless otherwise agreed.

Every item, regardless of promotion, will have a minimum value; www.carlasdreams.ro cannot sell products with a zero value.

The customer will pay the tax required by law depending on the promotion.

Vouchers are only valid if used on the www.carlasdreams.ro website.

Vouchers prohibited by law will be considered null and void.

Vouchers are not intended for resale and cannot be converted into cash.

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

All fraud-related provisions mentioned on the www.carlasdreams.ro site are fully applicable regarding fraud related to vouchers, and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

12.3.2 Conditions of Application

Each voucher will be limited so that multiple vouchers from the same IP address/same address are not allowed.

Any promotion that applies discount vouchers is limited to one voucher per individual or legal entity (identified as client/user).

Each voucher is limited to a single use and is valid for a limited time, as mentioned in the terms and conditions, the voucher offer email, and the “vouchers” section of the user account, or as stated in each specific promotion/offer. www.carlasdreams.ro reserves the right to modify or cancel these vouchers at any time with prior notice to customers.

No voucher can be applied to other promotions/offers except those specifically mentioned in the offer.

If the products for which the voucher was granted and for which the customer qualified for the promotion are not purchased, the voucher cannot be applied. For example, vouchers granted for certain products that are subsequently canceled/returned by the customer cannot be considered valid; they only have effects as a discount applied to those products actually paid for.

The voucher applies only to products/categories expressly mentioned as eligible in the promotion. Products excluded from the promotion are communicated in terms and conditions or in specific regulations or special offers in the "exceptions" section. These exceptions include products that cannot legally be sold with a discount.

Promotional offers cannot be combined in the same order. Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

For orders containing multiple products, the discount voucher value is allocated to each product based on its weighted value of the total order amount, excluding shipping fees.
