How do I pay and how is delivery made?

For products purchased from www.carlasdreams.ro, the following payment methods are available:

  • Cash on delivery, when the package is delivered or picked up, if choosing delivery via express courier. Before order shipment, the shopping cart will calculate and display the exact shipping costs.
  • Online payment by bank card, regardless of the chosen delivery method.

Delivery Methods

  • Express courier delivery. The package will be sent to the address mentioned in the order and will be personally handed to the recipient by the courier.

The package will include your contact details, necessary in case the courier cannot easily reach the specified destination. Therefore, it's important to provide a phone number in the order form where the courier can contact you if needed.

The delivery timeframe is displayed both on the product presentation page and in the checkout page (shopping cart).

Also, after completing the order, a confirmation message will be sent to the provided email address, where the estimated delivery date can be checked.

What are the delivery charges?

The displayed values include VAT. This delivery fee will be added to the order total, so the price paid to the courier will represent the cost of the order plus delivery charges.

How can I return a product/order?

You have 14 calendar days to request a return for the products. Now, product returns can be made online directly from your user account. Here’s what to do:

  1. Log in to your user account, go to the "My Orders" section, click on the order from which you wish to return a product or products -> "Return" button, and follow all steps to complete the return.
  2. Ensure you have all necessary elements for the return: original invoice, warranty certificates, labels, etc.
  3. The package must be sent via any courier company to the following address:

Under what conditions can I return the products?

The returned products must be in the same condition as when received: without damage, without defects.

According to Art. 10, letter c of G.O. 130/2000, www.carlasdreams.ro reserves the right to refuse the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate (perishable items).
